Thomas McNally who currently serves as President Eelct on the SEMPA Board of Directors, is the Chair of the EMS and Rural Medicine Committees. Tom has been an EMPA for 19 years and works in Loveland, CO, at Medical Center of the Rockies that sees an annual volume of approximately 32,000 patients a year where he is a staff EMPA.
